Terms of service

Product

  1. All products are made fresh to order. Our products are ready-to-eat and best eaten fresh within 24 hours of delivery. They can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days and need to be re-steamed for 3-4 minutes to regain its original texture

Orders 

  1. Before you complete your purchase, please take note of the delivery/pick-up date, pick-up time and pick-up location
  2. You have read and acknowledged our Terms of Service
  3. Please notify us 2 days in advance if you wish to amend your order details. We do not accept any changes to delivery date or pick-up date and time. Amendments to product quantity is subject to availability

Refund & Cancellation 

  1. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable
  2. If we are unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and you will be issued a refund
  3. We reserve the right to cancel your order and you will be notified by our team

Delivery & Pick-Up

  1. Delivery time is from 12:30pm-6:30pm.
  2. Pick-up time is from 10:30am-12:30pm from our kitchen in Tin Wan (Southern District)
  3. We deliver to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories only. We have the right to cancel your order if your address is outside of our delivery zones
  4. You are liable for selecting the correct delivery zone. If we find that the selected delivery zone does not match your address, we have the right to cancel your order
  5. You are responsible for providing correct delivery information. You will be liable for any delays, additional fees or failed delivery due to inaccurate delivery information
  6. Our team will send a pick-up reminder to the customer a day before the pick-up date
  7. Please be punctual and arrive within the pick-up time. No exceptions unless due to circumstances beyond your control (traffic accident, bad weather)
  8. If you are running late, please notify us before 12:30pm and we will determine whether or not you will need to arrange for delivery. The delivery fee will be paid by the customer
  9. Our team will do our best to contact you before the pick-up time ends. Customers who are unreachable by phone or contact us after 12:30pm will be considered as no-show
  10. Our products are made fresh for you. For no-shows, your order will be canceled, no refund will be given and your order will be released for last minute stock sale
  11. For Typhoon 8 and Black Rainstorms, delivery and pick-ups will be rescheduled to another date. Our team will contact you

Damages & Losses

  1. We are not responsible for any damages or losses to the product after it has left our production kitchen
